Original format deleted on April 13th, 2016, to make way for active archives of Online as it was in development. Was the most solidified private server besides TTR in regards to content, often serving as its only real competition for a few years.
Toontown Archive, originally called Toontown Infinite. Toontown Corporate Clash, originally known as Project Altis, with a focus on creating new content, including new Toon species, new bosses, and storylines told in comics and ARGs. The most recognized private server with all the features from the original game with new event content, revamped Field Offices, and an ongoing storyline with Alternate Reality Game elements. Toontown Rewritten, currently active. However, fans remain loyal to the game and it remains open through various private servers that retain the game's core gameplay features with the promise of new content. Toontown Online closed on September 19, 2013. Not to be confused with that place where cartoon characters live. No, seriously, when a Cog loses a battle, its head explodes! Unlike most MMORPGs, this one has a basic turn-based system and can literally make people laugh their heads off. To keep Toontown vibrant and fun, the Cogs must be fought back with a variety of practical jokes, such as the aforementioned pots and pies. 
However, the town has become infested with Cogs, robotic businessmen who wish to transform the whole city into a dull, gray corporation. In Toontown, there's plenty of fun to be had, with Trolley Games, go-kart racing, mini-golf and all sorts of other activities in store. You play as a colorful cartoon animal of your choice, living in an equally cartoony world.

Press OPEN to browse to the outputted file.Disney's Toontown Online is pretty much what it says in the title: a town full of Toons, online! It's an MMORPG featuring falling flower pots, cream pies, and corruption of humanity.This should only include letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, or underscores.
You must have a semi recent version of the Panda3D SDK, but the specific version doesn't matter.
If you haven't set a Panda3D path, go to the Options tab, and browse for one. To compile the pack for use in game, press the Compile Resource Pack button. Currently, closing the application will NOT notify you if you have not saved, so be sure to save frequently! After you make any changes, you should always save using the Save button at the bottom. If you want to remove the override at any point, you can press the Remove button. In this example, I will be using the Toontown Infinite Halloween Theme, which in my pack, is located at phase_3/audio/bgm/tti_theme_halloween.ogg Press Browse on the music to select a file. (Note that clicking on one will NOT deselect one you previously clicked on, so you have to click the one you want to deselect.) Then press OK. You can also select more than one in this list by clicking on multiple. To add a holiday override, navigate to the tab of the holiday you want to modify, in this example I will be modifying what song plays on the main menu during halloween. All modified paths will be displayed in italics to help you distinguish which ones you have changed and have not. You will now see the new path in place of the old one. If you intend to have the game randomly select between different files, you can select multiple in this screen. 
In this example, I will be changing the Sellbot HQ Courtyard theme to the Toontown Infinite Donald's Dreamland Playground theme, which in my pack, is located at phase_8/audio/bgm/DL_nbrhood.ogg For any song you want to change the file path of, look for it and press Browse.This will be the folder where the audio and the phase folders are contained.

How-To Guide How to edit the music using this application i.e., you can set donalds_dreamland_sz as ddlplayground.ogg located in playgrounds/dreamland/, it does not need to be phase_8/audio/bgm/DL_nbrhood.ogg.The folder or filename of the ogg file you select does not matter, as long as it is located inside the root folder.Currently there is no way to select vanilla base game files using this tool, it is currently required that all music files you want to use are located inside of your pack root directory.(The installer will maybe eventually be replaced with an Open Toontown Tools launcher which includes auto updating and will be a hub for all Open Toontown Tools applications) Notices

The source code is publicly available for contributions, but if you do not intend on contributing, I recommend you download the pre-built installers Tool to assist resource pack creators with Music.json
